Deze job brengt je overal in België. Je zal namelijk werken voor één van onze klanten: een grote speler in de Belgische energiesector

**Wat houdt deze job precies in?**
- als Project Manager Security ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en begeleiden van de toegewezen projecten: beveiligingsprojecten, CCTV, toegangscontrole bij onze klant
- samen met de Senior Project Manager sta je in voor de plaatsing van alle veiligheidssystemen en de vernieuwing van de oude installaties (alarmsystemen, CCTV, brandpreventie, inbraakdetectie)
- jij treedt op als dé onmisbare link tussen de techniekers en de Senior Project Manager
- vragen van klanten handel je correct en klantvriendelijk af
- zowel bij de opvolging als de nazorg van de verschillende projecten ben je betrokken en zet je jouw kwaliteiten als sterke meedenker in de verf

- je genoot een technische opleiding bachelor of master in elektronica en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, ook ervaring met de diverse aspecten van projectwerk is een must
- je werkt vlot met MS Office
- als people manager weet je jouw medewerkers dagdagelijks te motiveren en aan te sturen
- je houdt ervan om jouw organisatorische vaardigheden aan te wenden en planmatig te werken
- je bent zonder meer resultaatsgericht, beschikt over een grote dosis “entrepreneurship” en bent sterk in budgettaire opvolging. Daarnaast ben je zelfkritisch, leergierig en beschik je over een creatieve geest
- jouw klantgerichte attitude en servicegerichtheid geven jou de nodige drive om elk project tot een succesvol einde te brengen
- je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent flexibel naar verplaatsingen toe
- je bent voldoende tweetalig (NL/FR)
