Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team description**
Market Contribution Management (MCM) team is part of Sales and Marketing Function. Our mission is to support Sales Group’s profit results achievements and to enhance our affiliated and private distributors profit performance (covering 30 markets in Europe).
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Understand the business situation and set effective guidelines for profit procurement and cost reduction activities.
- Supply financial information in a timely manner to ensure target achievement & support decision making.
**Your responsibilities**
Data management:
- Monthly consolidation and quality control of Sales data, Profit & Loss data, After Sales data and Toyota Financial Services/ Kinto data.
- Import and maintenance of profit data into a consolidated database (TM1) = MCM database.
- Yearly update of templates/macros used for data collection/import.
Reporting:
- Contribute to effective steering of profit performance through effective tracking and reporting.
- Continuously improve the reporting processes: Automation, centralisation, visualisation, considering other stakeholders involved.
- Maintain and update Fiscal Year reporting calendar in agreement with main stakeholders.
Budget:
- Support yearly budget process by providing key data and variance analysis.
- Ensure correct system set-up and availability of appropriate reporting tools, allowing decision making.
System management:
- Current MCM database management.
- Key contact person for system related issues.
- Contribute to the implementation of the “reporting transformation plan”, aiming to replace our static Excel reports by flexible/interactive online reports based on the Microsoft BI technology.

Your Profile:
- Education: Master’s degree in economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of data/reporting tools (dynamic update) - knowledge of VBA for Excel or Power BI.
- Highly developed ability to be critical with facts and figures - enjoy working with numbers and manipulating several data sources.
- Ability to plan your work according to deadlines.
- Self-starter attitude, taking initiative and not afraid of responsibility.
- Sense of ownership and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude to resolve any issues with Customer First mindset.
- Flexible team player with hands-on mentality.
- Mature interpersonal skills supporting smooth consensus building.
- Fluent English is a must, other languages are assets.
