**SUPPORT ANALYST L2(H/F)**
**Fonction**:
Vos responsabilités comprennent plusieurs domaines d'intérêt:
**Support quotidien**:
- Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs de l'entreprise, y compris la résolution des problèmes liés aux logiciels, aux matériels et aux réseaux. (bout en bout)
- Gérer et maintenir les systèmes informatiques de l'entreprise
- Suivi des tickets attribués à l'équipe
- Suivi du monitoring
- Administrer les comptes utilisateurs, les droits d'accès et les politiques de sécurité informatique.
- Gestion des stocks matériel
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe informatique et les différents départements de l'entreprise pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et assurer la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
- Coordination avec les différents prestataires de services.
**Travailler à l'amélioration**:
- Détection des incidents et mise en place de solutions à court et long terme
- Documenter les procédures et les processus pour maintenir un environnement informatique cohérent et stable.
- Automatisation de tâches récurrentes
- Évaluer et recommander des solutions pour améliorer les processus informatiques.
Vous travaillerez dans différents contextes au sein d'une organisation de vente au détail à croissance rapide, allant des finances et des ressources humaines à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et aux points de vente. Vous êtes en contact direct avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise. Vous travaillez également sur différentes tâches en même temps.
Vous faites partie d'une petite équipe informatique flexible au sein du groupe Medi-Market.
Vous rapportez directement au Head of IT.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier, de master ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- Les profils juniors sont également éligibles, une trajectoire de croissance peut être prévue.
- Vous êtes flexible et aimez les variations dans le travail.
- Vous pouvez trouver votre voie dans un environnement informatique sans avoir besoin d'être un expert en tout.
- Une expérience dans plusieurs domaines d'une organisation de vente au détail est un atout.
- Une expérience dans le secteur (para)pharmaceutique est un plus.
- Vous pouvez utiliser votre bon sens et votre logique pour trouver une solution ou une explication à un problème.
- Vous êtes assertif et souhaitez aller au fond des choses pour comprendre et expliquer.
- Vous êtes bilingue anglais/français, la connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.
- Vous êtes assertif et avez de bonnes compétences orales et écrites.
- Vous êtes consciencieux et systématique. Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome et faire preuve d'initiative pour faire face à des événements inattendus.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, aimez apprendre beaucoup et avez un fort désir de participer à la croissance et au succès du groupe.
