IT-Planet is dé HR specialist voor flexibele en tijdelijke staffing in IT. Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Met 15 jaar ervaring achter de kiezen kunnen wij perfect tegemoet komen aan jouw individuele noden. Bij ons kan en mag je groeien en leren, kortom floreren in jouw job. Sounds good? Op vandaag hebben wij reeds 180 fijne collega’s op project. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Scrum Master** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
De Scrum Master helpt individuen de juiste mentaliteit en gedragingen aan te nemen, teams om continue verbetering te omarmen en de organisatie om echt samen te werken met de Agile-teams:
- Zachte vaardigheden zijn belangrijker dan harde vaardigheden
- Faciliteren is belangrijker dan problemen oplossen
- Zich aanpassen aan de behoeften is belangrijker dan star vasthouden aan regels
- De focus ligt op het team, niet alleen op het product
Samenwerken met het bestaande team van Agile coaches:
- Belangrijkste taak: het integreren van twee teams en hun cultuur bevorderen.
- Twee dagen per maand equivalent: deelnemen aan evenementen van ons Lean & Agile Office-team (scrum-evenementen, agile clinics, strategische brainstormsessies, community of practice, offsites, enz.).
- Op gezette tijden: de coaches helpen bij het co-faciliteren van workshops en trainingen.
Functie-eisen
- Kennis, toepassing en belichaming van de Agile-mentaliteit (waarden en principes)
- In staat zijn om volledig zelfstandig te werken en Scrum-activiteiten te plannen zonder supervisie
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master
- Deel uitgemaakt hebben van 2-3 verschillende teams als Scrum Master
- Ervaring buiten IT is een pluspunt
- Ervaring bij meerdere bedrijven is een grote plus
- In staat zijn om Scrum, Kanban, agile en andere technieken te trainen
- Beheersing van verschillende Agile project-/productmanagementmethoden (Scrum, Kanban, enz.) om flexibel te kunnen zijn afhankelijk van de behoeften van het team
- Virtuele en fysieke faciliteringsvaardigheden voor het team en de focus op het creëren van de juiste omgeving voor het team
- Sterke interesse in innovatie en bereidheid om nieuwe technieken uit te proberen
- Kennis van het Design Thinking-proces en gerelateerde methoden en tools (mooi meegenomen)
- Kennis van UX-design/ontwikkelingsframeworks (mooi meegenomen)
- Vloeiend Engels
- Een van de volgende talen is een pluspunt: Duits, Frans en Nederlands.
