Junior Administration/finance Officer

As a Junior _Administration and Finance Officer_ your main responsabilities will be:
**Controls, Reporting, Submissions?**
- Performing controls, prepare necessary reports and submissions to partners (eg. government, accountants, oil companies) for the different countries, as described in the 'checklist Finance' and as agreed with the Financial Controller.
- Actions can be daily - weekly - monthly - quarterly - yearly
- Log the result of the checks and the exceptions in the checklist.
- Main areas covered:
- preparation and submission of documents required for external accountants
- preparation and submission of documents needed to recover tax/excises from government
- preparation of intercompany charges
- Note: you will not have to make any bookings as our accounting partners take care of that_
**Cash Flow**
- Creditor and payment management
- Debtor payment matching
- Intercompany transfers
**Admin & Office management**
- Invoice approval and payment process
- Manage office correspondence
- Process and archive legal documents (eg bank documents, contracts)
- HR Admin (ad hoc, eg expense notes)
- Office Management (eg electrician, airco, cleaning,)
**Profile**
- Education in business administration, office management finance or procurement.
- You love to work with numbers/spreadsheets and to do regular checks and controls
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position - you will get a lot of on-the-job training
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Notions of French.
- Good communication skills (internal and external)
- Fluent with excel
