**Functie**:
Als **Junior Sustainability Advisor** focus je op het verwerven van diepgaande expertise in hét topic van het moment in de vastgoedsector en ver daarbuiten: ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance).

Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid behoren volgende taken
- Samen met onze experte in Sustainability **coördineer je de verschillende acties en projecten rond duurzaamheid op corporate
- en projectniveau**; jullie fungeren als ambassadeurs en enthousiasmeren de andere Alides collega’s.
- Je brengt **ESG risico’s en -kansen voor onze organisatie en projecten in kaart** door inzicht te verschaffen in de ESG prestaties; het gaat daarbij o.a. over CO2 uitstoot, water
- en grondstoffengebruik, circulariteit, mensenrechten, diversiteit en inclusie, veiligheid en data privacy, etc.
- Je werkt mee aan de **duurzaamheidsverslaggeving en ESG-rapportering **(visieteksten, charters, rapporteren, presentaties) richting organisatie, directie, RvB en overheden.
- Je waakt erover dat **in alle fasen van de project
- en investeringscyclus** **ESG normering een actueel en belangrijk topic** is/blijft.
- Je ondersteunt bij het **opmaken van opleidingsmateriaal m.b.t. duurzaamheid** en het trainen van collega’s in de Alides Academy.
- Afhankelijk van jouw profiel en interesse ondersteun je ook de collega’s van het **development team en/of de collega’s die instaan voor het property management van onze vastgoedportefeuille **(kantoren, residentieel, hotel, care) bij volgende taken:

- **Development**
- Screenen van nieuwe dossiers op vlak van duurzaamheid tijdens acquisitie
- Neerschrijven van ontwerprichtlijnen duurzaamheid
- Mee opvolgen van BREEAM dossiers
- Schrijven aan duurzaamheidsnota in vergunningstrajecten
- **Property**
- Implementatie van energiemonitoring-tool Enelyzer
- Uitvoering van duurzaamheidprojecten (opstellen aanbestedingsdossier, vergelijken offertes, opvolging uitvoering)
- Implementatie acties gerelateerd aan asbestbeheerplan per gebouw
- Opvolging periodieke (wettelijke) controles

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een **Masteropleiding** Burgerlijk Ingenieur Architect, Industrieel Ingenieur, Handelswetenschappen, Economie of gelijkaardig succesvol afgerond en hebt een **passie voor vastgoed / projectontwikkeling**.
- **Sustainability** ligt jou nauw aan het hart. Je hebt kennis van alle **duurzaamheidselementen** met betrekking tot de vastgoedsector: water, energie, circulariteit, biodiversiteit, etc. en je volgt **ESG **wetgeving** uit eigen initiatief op.
- Je bent ontzettend **leergierig**, je werkt je gemakkelijk in en wil er echt voor gaan
- Je bent **analytisch** en **cijfermatig** sterk, je werkt **gestructureerd** en je kan je goed **organiseren**.
- Je bent **communicatief **sterk, hebt geen schrik om te **presenteren** en drukt je goed uit in het **Nederlands en Engels**. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een troef.
