**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions** is currently looking for an **AP Accountant** **(M/F/x) **to join a company based in Brussels.

Our client is active in the **beverage sector**. You will join a dynamic and pleasant team, in an internal company.

The scope of **responsibilities** for this job as **AP Accountant **includes:

- Invoicing process : matching the vendor master data with the supplier invoice, matching the PO with the received supplier invoice, booking of all invoices/credit notes including goods, freight, insurance and bank costs, etc. ;
- Payment process : managing down payments for capex files/contracts, handling rejected payments, preparing manual payments and emergency payments, etc. ;
- Vendor management : updating vendor data, bank accounts, vat number, follow up and netting of invoices, managing vendor account reconciliations ;
- Travel and expenses : mastercard reconciliation & administration, manage the expenses reconciliation & administration ;
- Letters of credit : L/C data to introduce in the ERP-system, check of documentation, submit set of documents to the bank when completed.

The requested **qualifications** for this job as **AP Accountant **include:

- You are in possession of a Bachelor in Economics/Accounting or equivalent by experience ;
- You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch ;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position ;
- You have an extensive knowledge of IT/Digital Tools: Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Flow, Sharepoint, Power BI,) and Navision ;
- You are able to work in team as well as independently ;
- You show intellectual curiosity, analytical mind and desire to learn and evolve.
