Hoe kan het beter? Waar zit het probleem? En wat is de beste oplossing in het licht van onze strategie? Antwoorden vinden op deze vragen, dat is jouw dagelijkse kost als Business Analyst. Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT en speelt zo een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van vernieuwing binnen onze organisatie.
Taken:
- Samen met klanten en stakeholders breng je vragen, problemen of opportuniteiten in kaart. Je analyseert de noden en bepaalt de impact van wijzigingen. Je levert input voor value propositions en business cases.
- Je bepaalt en analyseert mogelijke oplossingen en de impact ervan. Architecten en technische teams helpen je daarbij. Je zorgt ervoor dat beslissingnemers vlot een keuze kunnen maken tussen de aangereikte oplossingen.
- Je documenteert de gekozen oplossing zodat de technische teams die vlot kunnen implementeren. Je lijst de details op: business requirements, user stories,en stemt die regelmatig af met de business stakeholders. Dankzij jou blijft de documentatie up-to-date.
- Wanneer accepteren we de end-to-end-oplossing? Ook dat bepaal jij, opnieuw samen met de business stakeholders. Na testen en oplevering begeleid je ook de ingebruikname. Zo gaat iedereen er vlot mee aan de slag en maak je er een succesverhaal van.
- Zowel voor interne stakeholders als voor externe partners of vendors ben jij hét aanspreekpunt binnen je domein. Je staat ook in voor documentatie en kennisdeling.
- Tot slot ondersteun je operationele en strategische besluitvorming met heldere rapporteringen en treffende analyses.
Profiel:
- Vraagstukken analyseren, oplossingen bedenken en helder communiceren, dat zijn je absolute sterktes. Bovendien zet je vlot de stap van theorie naar praktijk.
- Je hebt ervaring in of affiniteit met IT en kan je snel vertrouwd maken met onze bedrijfsprocessen, strategie en producten.
- Je werkt graag samen met anderen en past je communicatiestijl moeiteloos aan aan je gesprekspartner, van junior developer tot senior manager. Idealiter heb je ervaring met stakeholder management.
- We kunnen op jou rekenen om zaken in beweging te brengen, je mening eerlijk en respectvol te delen en gepassioneerd samen te werken met je collega’s.
- Je leert graag bij en geeft niet op wanneer het eens moeilijker gaat.
- Je denkt en werkt op een niveau van bachelor of master en je hebt een 5-tal jaar relevante ervaring. Ervaring in telecom is een sterk pluspunt.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels.
