Het Academisch Ziekenhuis Brussel (H.U.B.) bestaat uit het Erasmusziekenhuis, het Jules Bordet Instituut en het Universitair Kinderziekenhuis Koningin Fabiola (UKZKF). Deze grote universitaire ziekenhuisgroep werd in 2021 opgericht op initiatief van de Stad Brussel en de Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) en garandeert niet alleen zorg van hoge kwaliteit voor iedereen maar ook uitmuntendheid op het vlak van opleiding en onderzoek. Het H.U.B. telt ongeveer 1.420 hospitalisatiebedden en meer dan 6.000 personeelsleden waaronder 841 FTE artsen en 3.975 niet medische FTE. Het heeft als ambitie om aan al zijn teams een stimulerende en aantrekkelijke werkomgeving te bieden met opleidings
- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en wil tegelijkertijd het voortbestaan, en dus de financiële levensvatbaarheid, van het geheel garanderen.
**Functie**:
Algemene functiebeschrijving: Als Payroll Officer (M/V/X) werk je binnen het Loonteam van de Operationele & Loonafdeling. Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse opvolging van activiteiten in een 'backoffice'-omgeving en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Adjunct van de Loonsector binnen de Afdeling Operationeel & Loon.
Belangrijkste taken en activiteiten: Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het volledige loonverwerkingsproces (controle, verificaties, naleving van deadlines, opvolgen van indexeringen, enz.);
- Het coderen van specifieke gegevens (diensten, herinneringen, transportkosten, enz.);
- Het uitvoeren van eindloonscontroles;
- Het opvolgen van loonbeslagen en verschillende factureringsprocessen;
- Het opstellen en invullen van diverse attesten (werkattesten, vakantieattesten, hypothecaire leningen, enz.);
- Op verzoek rapporten opstellen met betrekking tot loonverwerking;
- Zorgen voor naleving van procedures en samenwerking met andere afdelingen (Arbeidsgeneeskunde, Financiële afdeling, Budget en Beheercontrole, IT, enz.);
- Loonregels aanpassen in overeenstemming met juridische, technische en organisatorische ontwikkelingen;
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor alle medewerkers van de instelling voor vragen met betrekking tot loon;
Je werkt samen met alle HR-intervenanten en hebt interactie met de boekhoudafdeling en interne klanten.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een graduaatsdiploma met economische of sociale finaliteit (HR, boekhouding, enz.);
- Een eerste professionele ervaring als Payroll Consultant, Payroll Officer, HR Officer binnen een personeelsafdeling of sociaal secretariaat is essentieel;
- Je voelt je op je gemak in een complexe omgeving en kunt omgaan met onverwachte situaties;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van sociale wetgeving;
- Je werkt graag in teamverband;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een onberispelijke vertrouwelijkheid en het vermogen om snel zelfstandig te werken;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office-tools (met name Excel) en een operationele kennis van loonberekeningssoftware.
