Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- En tant qu’Expert Contract Engineering, vous êtes responsable de la mise en place des contrats de fourniture et de service nécessaire aux activités d’exploitation et de maintenance des bâtiments gérés par la Direction Stations et ce en collaboration avec la direction centrale Procurement.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant qu’Expert Contract Engineering, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation et du suivi de dossiers nationaux dans le domaines de la maintenance techniques et des services facilitaires.Les principales responsabilités de cette fonction sont:
- Analyse, compréhension et synthétisation des besoins des clients internes
- Gestion de projet
- Organisation et gestion des différents groupes de travail
- Rédaction des spécificité techniques
- Analyse des offres
- Lancement et suivi du contrat

Vous rapportez directement au responsable « Contract Engineering ».- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Master, d’un diplôme de Bachelier ou équivalent par expérience (idéalement 10 ans d'expérience si pas de diplôme probant).

Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, vous devez être en possession d'une attestation d'équivalence délivrée par la Communauté française pour pouvoir participer à la sélection.**Compétences**:

- Vous êtes très intéressé.e par la rédaction de cahiers des charges.
- Vous vous exprimez facilement en français et en néerlandais.
- Vous possédez une très bonne connaissance d’Office 365.
- Une expérience dans le domaine du facility management, dans le domaine des chemins de fer ou du secteur public est un atout.
- Vous analysez et synthétisez les problèmes afin de pouvoir trouver la solution appropriée.
- Vous êtes très communicatif.
- Vous êtes dynamique.
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée en fonction des objectifs tout en respectant les délais fixés.
- Vous êtes orienté résultats et vous prenez des initiatives.
- Vous êtes capable de gérer un grand nombre de projets tout en assurant leurs bons suivis.
- Vous êtes orienté client, intègre et vous agissez dans l’intérêt de l’entreprise.
- Vous savez travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’en équipe. Vous tenez compte des souhaits, idées et opinions des autres.
