NN Insurance Services Belgium zoekt een ervaren, klantgerichte Compliance Officer die veranderingen proactief adviseert en daadkrachtig de conformiteit met interne en externe regels opvolgt en rapporteert. Hoe ziet jouw job eruit als Compliance Officer ?- Je volgt voortdurend de evolutie van de interne en externe regelgeving en je implementeert op basis daarvan een lokaal compliance-beleid.- Je adviseert het management. Je positioneert jezelf als onafhankelijke partner die de geldende regelgeving kan vertalen in begrijpelijke en concrete verplichtingen.- Je zorgt voor een passend bewustzijn van de regelgeving en de bijbehorende verplichtingen binnen de organisatie.- Je volgt de naleving van deze regels structureel op en rapporteert hierover aan het management.- Je onderhoudt contacten met de gespecialiseerde compliance-diensten van de NN Groep en overige NN Business units.- Je fungeert als interne en externe vertegenwoordiger van NN Non Life Belgium voor compliance-gerelateerde vragen en risico's.- Je waakt over de uitvoering van de compliance policies van de NN Groep via het uitvoeren en opvolgen van adequate controles.- Je analyseert en behandelt compliance alerts en incidenten die zich voordoen en escaleert deze, waar nodig, aan de aangeduide teams binnen de eigen of andere business units van de NN Groep.
Zo pas jij perfect in ons team:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in de Economie of Rechten, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de reglementeringen inzake niet-levensverzekeringen, privacy (o.a. GDPR), MiFID en anti-witwas. Je hebt tevens een passie voor het concretiseren van complexe regelgeving in een continu evoluerend reglementair kader.- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.- Je bent assertief in onderhandeling en doch empatisch in advies.- Je bent in staat om een boodschap uit te dragen aan een brede doelgroep en hierdoor bewustwording te creëren voor compliance gerelateerde topics.- Je bent communicatief en u stemt uw communicatie af op uw gesprekspartner en weet juridisch jargon te vertalen in verstaanbare taal.
