Context
The Shared Services Center Operations is part of the COO department and supports the 4 business lines of Degroof Petercam with operational services related to Banking Operations and Client Administration.
Within the department, we always strive to offer best in class, efficient services to our internal and external clients.
As Business & Process Analyst, you play a crucial role in the implementation of the strategic roadmap of the Shared Services Center Operations. In this role, you will ensure the efficiency of our banking operations and client lifecycle processes, develop and implement projects and improvement strategies and facilitate changes.
Your Position
- Design, implement and document processes and best practices
- Analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvements (e.g. lean, automation, robotization )
- Monitor process performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
- You collect, analyze and document business requirements during the analysis phase of a project to enable a solution design or selection, technical analysis and eventually the development of the requirements into software.
- You assess and document the business and process impacts and risks involved. You suggest the most appropriate solution considering regulatory and operational constraints.
- You coordinate and manage the approval process of the requirements analysis towards all stakeholders of the process and/or project
- You are involved in UAT testing by defining and executing test cases.
- As a real change agent, you will facilitate changes across the organization. You give strong guidance to end-users in learning the new system or process, and do the necessary to make it operationally ready. You accompany new users during the change and participate in writing user’s guide and training materials
Your Profile
- You have a Master or a Bachelor degree, with minimum 3 years of experience as process or business analyst, or in a similar role
- You have good knowledge of the financial industry, preferably in banking operations and/or client lifecycle processes
- You have an analytical mindset and a “can-do” attitude with a focus on creating business value
- You have the capacity to develop an internal network with the different stakeholders
- You are interested in new technologies, continuous improvements and projects
- You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and can easily explain matters
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a major asset
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
