To strengthen our **Finance Business Partner** team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:External Manufacturing Finance Business Partner**, based in **Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.**

In this position, you will be the primary finance business partner for EMP (External Manufacturing & Partnering) & Contract Manufacturing. You will also transversally be a Product controller, supporting specific business cases and long term strategic plan across its value chain

You will **contribute **to:

- Budget preparation (standard cost of goods calculation, activity-based costing allocation, functional opex, CMO routine costs, headcount and project costs support).
- Rolling Forecast updates and monthly ups & downsides follow-up
- Actual vs budget/forecast analysis and deliver insights on manufacturing variances, other operational expenses, CMO routine costs, other COGS, scrap, inventory valuation, headcount, capex, contract manufacturing.
- Business cases for external manufacturing and products related matters (e.g. make or buy, new investments, )
- Strategic plan and financial 10YP.
- EMP (External Manufacturing & Partnering) lead team as active member and financial business partner translating financials in a simple and comprehensive manner to enable better decision making and value creation.
- Intercompany transfer pricing especially for US and DE manufacturing sites in collaboration with Global Tax
- Providing guidelines in terms of financial treatments i.e. capex on CMOs, product valuation, opex, projects
- Internal & external audit activities (stock value, provision, variances, COGS calculation compliance, WAC )
- And drive with the team improvements in terms of process, efficiency, compliance and activities externalisation.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following **education**, **experience **and **skills**:

- A Master or bachelor’s degree in finance/economics with at least 5-7 years of relevant business experience;
- Strong skills in financial and controlling activities;
- Proven experience of several years in industrial controlling, preferably in international pharma / biopharma company
- In-depth experience in SAP, mainly FICO and good knowledge of other modules of production;
- Ability to demonstrate Strategic thinking for influencing Business trajectory
- Ability to interact and influence Decision making process
- Ability to translate complex dilemma in simple words, be concrete and understandable
- Detect and identify value creation and be solution driven
- Ability to be exposed to high level management
- Ability to work with deadlines and to effectively multi-task;
- Self-starter and ability to work independently;
- Good accounting knowledge (IFRS) ;
- MS-Office specially Excel ;
- Fluent English both oral and written (speaking French would be an asset).
