We are looking for a **Digital Business Analyst** who is collaborative and quality business minded to join us in our **Biotech Digital Sciences** team, based in our office in **Braine-l’Alleud**, **Belgium**.
**About the role**
Our mission with Digital Sciences is to move our Product Development business into the digital age and leverage this transformation to build digital capabilities that reinvent the way we develop medicines. Our strategy is combining innovative technologies, growing our people and optimizing our processes with trusted data to bring values to patients.
Reporting to the Digital Operations Lead and representing the Digital Sciences team, the main role of the Digital Business Analyst is to transversally collaborate and fostering the network with key stakeholders from Biotech Sciences (BTS), securing the required level of participation and cooperation, driving alignment of processes, and supporting change adoption.
The Digital Business Analyst will also contribute to the broader Business Digital Transformation initiatives by increasing awareness of business areas where digitalization, automation and smart laboratory would yield highest return of investment

**What you’ll do**:
- **
- Strongly collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate & identify requirements and gaps/areas for improvement
- Coordinate to define & propose common way forward, and drive for alignment when there are discrepancies/divergences
- Support to prioritize & formalize user requirements based on business needs, ROI and technical feasibility
- Ensure the proper transmission and translation of the requirements to the product developers (data mapping, workflow, etc.)
- ** Utilizing your **technical expertise** to ensure the fitness for purpose of the digital solutions/product during development and at delivery**
- Provide support for informal testing, requirements refinement, bugs identification & fixes during development
- Coordinate Review and approve product for users testing and moderate users testing with Business experts
- ** Demonstrating **your business acumen & leadership skills** by supporting product implementation and change management**
- Ensure product & business readiness for implementation
- Accompany potential changes in business process, way of working or culture & monitor performance of newly implemented product
- Participate to ensure support for go-live hypercare, facilitate troubleshooting
- ** Combining your **product & process expertise** to contribute to product lifecycle and change control management**
- Contribute to setup product lifecycle management to anticipate change request, impact assessment and continuous improvement
- Support prioritization, approval, development, implementation, and lifecycle
- ** Strengthening the **positioning & credibility** of the Digital Sciences team across the organization**
- Support project managers with status updates of delivery progress, risks, issues, etc.
- Contribute to build digital understanding and capabilities across the organization through facilitation of best practice transfer, peer networks along with contacts with suppliers, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process, digital/IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**
- Master’s degree preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the products to be implemented will be required.
- Very good command in English (both written and spoken). French is an asset.
As a Digital Business Analyst the **attitude **to adopt means, being able to:
- Translate needs into requirements that are clear and meaningful for business as well as IT stakeholders.
- Ensure an appropriate level of communication between both parties.
- Listen to everyone’s opinion, create consensus amongst the different stakeholders, prioritize and align requests and cut through resistance to change.
