FunctieomschrijvingObjectif de la fonction: Gérer l’outil comptable Venice et d’approbation de factures OneA ainsi que leurs interactions avec les outils DMS CROSS 3, WacsOnline et PlanManager.


La gestion de ces outils et interactions signifie l’analyse et la résolution des problèmes rencontrés durant le lifecycle de ces produits mais aussi les demandes d’amélioration ou nouvelles demandes émanant du réseau, du Business Management ou de la loi.

Responsabilités:

Mettre à jour la documentation quant au bon fonctionnement et à la bonne utilisation de ces outils pour le réseau, Users Relation Management (URM)et Business Management. Conseiller Business Management et URM dans la définition et la formulation de leurs besoins concernant les applications. Participer à l’identification de solutions optimales répondant aux besoins en prenant en considération les contraintes de planning, de budget, GDPR, légales, CISO, ... Etre responsable de l’analyse fonctionnelle et technique en collaboration avec l’architecture. Coordonner les projets qui lui sont confiés dans ses différentes phases (démarrage, design, testing, implémentation, évaluation, transmission du projet, …). Respecter la stratégie IT dans le cadre des projets et de la maintenance dans son domaine d’activités. Veiller, en collaboration avec les personnes responsables, à l’acceptation par les utilisateurs des nouveaux outils, procédures, fonctionnalités et logiciels implémenté(e)s. Veiller à ce que l’ensemble des demandes business soient connues de son Highway Manager. Profiel Gradué en comptabilité avec expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans dans un département comptabilité d’une PME. Grande appétence pour l’IT. Orienté solution, bonnes capacités d’analyse, esprit critique et logique Esprit indépendant, autonome et curieux Capacité à travailler en équipe Communication, assertivité, prise de position Très bonne connaissance du français et néerlandais (oral et écrit) et bonne connaissance de l’anglais (oral et écrit) Autonomie : Est autonome dans l’analyse des besoins du business, dans les rédactions des documents ad hoc, dans la réalisation de ses estimations et dans le suivi du budget et du timing lors des projets et de la maintenance.
