To strengthen our, we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated, Global Development Supply Lead based in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium

You like to work in an environment where you will be:

- The main liaison between supply chain and the technical and clinical team for the assigned product(s) part of the development and/or during commercial phases supporting the entire lifecycle management strategies.
- You will also be responsible and accountable for the project management and execution of the set-up of study supply and potential implementation of new capabilities at Clinical Supplies.
- You will provide an end-to-end knowledge of:

- the product (product characteristics),
- the supply chain network: sourcing strategies,

physical flows, budget, manufacturing and inventories strategies.
- Leading and maintaining structured oversight on clinical trials (forecasted, under set-up and ongoing) per compound to ensure no supply chain disruption and adequate budget, providing guidance and support to other functions from Clinical Supply and QA as needed.
- Acts as Development and Clinical Supply interface for the Technical Lead, Clinical Program Director and Program Delivery Lead.
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies (through modeling if appropriate) in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining project plans, defining and achieving through the lead of cross functional teams the planned milestones regarding clinical supply set-up activities including packaging, labeling, distribution, Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) and other supply systems
- Leading study set-up meetings for the internal DCS & QA stakeholders, collecting input on packaging/labeling design and timelines, agreeing on trial project plan

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

- Master’s Degree in sciences or business
- A minimum of 5 years of Clinical Trial Supply -relevant experience (in biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging, and/or clinical supply chain).
- In-depth knowledge on clinical trial conduct, effective networking with both Development and Technical Operations.
- Drives decision making, while balancing supply risks and costs.
- Advanced Supply Chain Expertise: drives change by proactively optimizing the supply chain processes to deliver high patient value and reduce cost, including advanced understanding of regulatory and GxP requirements for IMP's as well as clinical trial distribution particularities
- Augmented Analytics: is able to build queries, summarize data and compute standard KPI's, including financial skills (ability to pro-actively manage study and compound budget)
- From Patients Empathy To Making A Difference: includes patients' insights in the development of supply chain solutions
- Planning and Orchestrating Projects: applies project management techniques in day to day interaction with stakeholders
