Dan ben jij de Project Manager Elektriciteit die wij zoeken bij Imtech Belgium, onderdeel van het ecosysteem van de Cordeel Group Van grote residentiële projecten tot tertiaire sectoren zoals kantoren en commerciële gebouwen, jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van elektriciteitsprojecten van begin tot eind.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het hele projecttraject. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde, want jij houdt toezicht op planning, budgettering, coördinatie én het bouwen van sterke teams. Met jouw proactieve aanpak zorg je ervoor dat problemen worden voorkomen en dat alles soepel verloopt.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Voorbereiding en planning**: Je stelt gedetailleerde projectplannen op, maakt nauwkeurige budgetten en selecteert onderaannemers. Je werkt met MS Projects om elke stap van het proces te organiseren en te volgen.
**Coördinatie van projectteams**: Je bouwt projectteams op basis van de juiste expertise en zorgt ervoor dat taken worden verdeeld op basis van de sterktes van teamleden. Je houdt toezicht op deadlines en ondersteunt waar nodig.
**Samenwerking en communicatie**: Je bent de schakel tussen interne en externe stakeholders (klanten, architecten, studiebureaus) en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de projectvoortgang.
**Probleemoplossend vermogen**: Jij zorgt ervoor dat problemen zich niet voordoen, maar als ze opduiken, ben jij er als eerste bij om ze snel en efficiënt op te lossen met een gestructureerde aanpak.
**Budgetbewaking**: Je houdt niet alleen toezicht op het totale projectbudget, maar beheert ook de deelbudgetten per projectfase en stuurt bij waar nodig om een optimale prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding te waarborgen.
