**About the role**:
Our client is expanding its Service Delivery Management department. We are building a team of talented Senior Project Managers to drive business projects using agile methodologies.
**Your mission**:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, from the pre-study phase (offer coordination) to the transfer to operational production. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and client teams, including Analysts, Architects, UX Experts, and technical experts.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Pre-analysis supervision**: Estimate project scope, technology, resources, and budget.
- **Project planning**: Identify stakeholders, define the project charter, and establish the project organization.
- **Kick-off meetings**: Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to understand client needs and environment.
- **Task and deliverable definition**: Outline tasks and deliverables in a short-iteration, value-focused approach (agile methodology). Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- **Team leadership**: Assemble and drive the project team.
- **Single point of contact**: Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders.
- **Project monitoring**: Track project progress (planning, budget, scope, risks) and manage changes.
- **Team collaboration**: Unite all project participants.
- **Hands-on support**: Assist in critical project phases, especially during high workload or tight deadlines.
- **Coordination and supervision**: Oversee realization, testing, and training phases.
- **Production follow-up**: Ensure follow-up during production and provisional (MVP) and final reception (finished product in maintenance).
- **Project closure**: Ensure thorough project closure.
- **Reporting**: Provide ad-hoc reporting at various levels.
- **Effective communication**: Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
**Your profile**:
We seek a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in implementing PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) solutions. Knowledge of Planisware is an advantage. You should have strong analytical skills to define and describe requirements and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be adept at interacting with technical teams and business and management stakeholders.
