Odyssea Pharma sprl is one of the Abbvie’s centers of excellence for women's health, offering the GMP manufacturing of the Levoserthormonal intrauterine device and a quality and regulatory expertise from a dedicated site located in Liège (Grace-Hollogne), in Belgium.

The company has successfully developed the Levosert(levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device) and today launches the mass production of the hormonal IUD with almost unique equipment for the global market.

**At this point we are looking for a fulltime SAP WMS (SAP S4) consultant as a local actor in our global integtation project.**

The mission is to implement the new material flow (inbound, storage, preparation of materials for production/staging and outbound), inventory management (including quality status management and labelling), installation of new technologies (gun or RFID), as well as the logistics and distribution parts.

Estimated duration of the mission is 8 months (start as soon as possible - go live on May 1st).

Your mission:

- To be the interface between the field and the global consultant who applies the standard solution of AbbVie who needs a person on site to choose the best possibilities according to the configuration and the proposed choices.
- To be responsible for adapting the implementation in the field (knowing that there is no development possible).
- To be able to challenge and optimize what is in place.
- Define the scripts of the different scenarios and participate in the testing of them.
- You should be ready to do field work as well as master data, create bins, do tests with the warehouse workers and detail the implementation with them.
- He/she is responsible for the creation of procedures integrating the instructions in line with reality.
- He/she is responsible for training employees and verifying their autonomy.
- Concerning the hardware: It is not provided and the consultant will have to analyze together with the supply chain manager the need for hardware (printers, RFID, Gun,...) according to the budget. (He/she is not responsible for the budget management.

- Flexible and pedagogical personality.
- Being able to "translate" the business needs ( blue collars) to the Global AbbVie project managers and back.
- Experienced SAP S4 consultant and mastery of WMS (logistics module)
- Is a plus knowledge of:

- production planning
- Material management
- Able to do master data. The flows are drawn physically. However, he/she must be a project integrator, the SAP computer flows must be phased in parallel with the field reality.
