La Banque nationale de Belgique (BNB) est à la recherche d’un(e) expert(e) enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe de Financial Account Officers pour le service NBB-SSS au sein du département Marchés financiers. Ce service gère le dépositaire central de titres de la Banque (NBB-SSS).

**Fonction**:
Dans ce rôle varié, vous contribuerez en collaboration avec les Account Officers de l'équipe à plusieurs missions:

- vous gérez les boîtes mails du NBB‑SSS
- vous interagissez avec les participants NBB-SSS (Teams, Mail,...)
- vous êtes actif(-ive) en développement business technology (p.ex. Power Platform) en NBB-SSS
- vous assurez la permanence certains jours jusqu’à 18h30, en support du Settlement Manager
- vous vous chargez du monitoring des transactions en NBB-SSS
- vous proposez des solutions aux participants concernant les questions spécifiques
- vous gérez l’account management pour les nouveaux programmes et émissions
- vous coopérez activement aux projets en cours dans le NBB-SSS

En tant que Financial Account Officer, vous devenez un(e) expert(e) dans ces tâches. Vous êtes prêt(e) à donner des formations tant en interne que pour les participants du NBB-SSS.

**Profil**:

- vous avez, de préférence, un diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine économique ou une expérience pertinente équivalente
- vous avez ou vous vous êtes désireux d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie de titres à revenu fixe
- vous êtes interessé(e) par les produits financiers
- vous êtes interessé(e) par les dernières évolutions en IT
- vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe
- vous êtes un(e) problem solver motivé(e) et proactif(-ive)
- vous êtes flexible et résistant(e) au stress
- vous avez une bonne connaissance active de l’anglais (niveau B2) et vous maîtrisez suffisamment le néerlandais (niveau B1)
- vous faites preuve de neutralité, d'intégrité et de discrétion.
