**Division**

The Group Strategy and Product Expansion division owns the end-to-end delivery of products and services solutions that we manage, including market evolution analytics and competition watch. As a Division, we capture market needs, anticipate business evolutions, define strategy and build sustainable solutions to support economic development.

Global Reach is one of the 3 growth Products of Euroclear, growing at the rate of 12% every year. The Global Reach business line is accountable for growing the reach of Euroclear Bank beyond Europe by improving our presence in existing markets outside Europe and setting up new links to provide the international investors a better access to various new markets. In order to strengthen the team and diversify, we are now recruiting a cross region product coordinator for business development and market implementation.

**Role**

In order to implement the Global Reach strategy, Product Management is looking for an experienced and skilled all-round product coordinator to contribute to the establishment of new market links, protecting and developing the business in existing markets for Euroclear Bank.

As part of the Global Reach team, you will:

- Become a product management expert with an in-depth understanding of the Global Reach business.
- Learn about setting-up market links and growing the Euroclear presence in the markets.
- Analyse the potential markets to understand their functioning and prepare arguments justifying the market specific value of ‘Euroclearability’
- Manage projects for implementing the links
- Work in close collaboration with a variety of internal counterparts: Network, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Risk, Compliance, Operations and ADM, in order to ensure a successful link delivery on time and cost.
- Manage relationship and work in close collaboration with the authorities in the Global Reach markets - like the Central Banks, Ministry of Finance and so on.
- Prepare relevant documentation for approvals at different levels inside and outside of Euroclear like EB MC Paper, Reporting to the regulators in markets, etc.
- Monitor the Global Reach markets on a continuous basis to identify any changes (positive or negative) that could affect the new and existing links (e.g. changes in the risk profile) and take necessary measures
- Make sure that the client facing documentation is accurate and up to date as new markets get linked
- Give support to PSS and Relationship Managers by providing them with arguments that enable their cross selling exercise.

**Hard skills**
- Business/Economics degree or equivalent experience is preferable
- Have a good understanding of the different functions in an (I)CSD - new issuance, distribution, income & redemption, corporate actions, tax, settlement, collateral management,..
- Project Management experience, ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams with different expertise - e.g. Legal, different departments and divisions within Euroclear and different stakeholders outside Euroclear.
- A background in Network Management, Commercial or other Client facing roles in Ops is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English

**Soft skills**
- Enthusiastic, with a strong willingness and ability to learn and venture into new domains
- Very good team player, ability to work in cross divisional teams.
- Good negotiation skills is a plus
- Demonstrate high level of autonomy and strong attention to detail
