The Sustainability Project Manager will support the Positive Impact Director in overseeing the portfolio of sustainability projects, covering positive impact topics, environmental, social and governance-related.

Your work will allow you to make a real difference in creating a sustainable future for the community and the industry HB represents.

Your Role
- You will plan, manage, and follow up on various sustainability projects
- You will collaborate with stakeholders in other departments
- You will formulate action plans with defined objectives, targets, and responsibilities to support agreed-upon sustainability goals

Who are you?
- You have a degree with major course work in business management, economics, life science, or similar, and you have minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- You are hands-on minded with a proven capacity to translate information and ideas into actionable plans.
- You are a results-driven project manager with experience in leading and executing effectively.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver high-quality materials to tight deadlines.
- Ideally, you gained experience in the areas of sustainability.
- You rapidly adapt to changing requirements and strive for excellence.
- You demonstrate internal partnership skills and you have experience working across multiple teams.
- You are an expert in Microsoft Applications
- We expect a high degree of independent working, analytical reasoning, and excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and oral.
