- They help more than 300 clients in over 30 countries and support them in their willingness to do good to society. Their client portfolio includes Audi, L’Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many others.

- **Customer Success Executive.**
**Your Mission**: Dive into the world of charities and sponsorship and help companies to work in a more efficient way to have a bigger positive impact on society.
- Provide support to customers from different countries and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Become an expert in the tool, its adoption and implementation
- Facilitate the development of functional/technical specifications to meet customer’s requirements during the implementation
- Be a friendly professional advisor, and know when to suggest best practices, how to defuse problems and always address our customers’ issues in a timely manner
- Advocate extended usage, by explaining the value of new features and services to existing customers
**Your Profile**:
- You already have 2 years of experience in a similar position (Account management, Customer support, Business development)
- You are fluent in French and English
- You have a natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals in previous roles
- Experience in SaaS environment is a plus
