**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and validate project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Implement and enforce JC's project governance standards, methodologies, and project management best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and coordinate internal resources (Business and/or IT) and third parties/vendors.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members, providing direction and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Lead communication efforts with all stakeholders, including business units, architects, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost objectives, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Use risk management practices to identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements in project management practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business, or similar).
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, ideally within an international, industrial, or corporate environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and engage with complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
