**Description**:
Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a high-level personal assistant for an international company in the têxtile sector in Brussels. You will be responsible for the daily management of the CEO's agenda, both privately and professionally.
- Daily management of the CEO's agenda
- Preparing presentations on Powerpoint
- Taking notes during meetings and presentations
- Telephony and mailbox management
- Arrange travel arrangements, flight reservations, visa documents and transportation
- Organization and preparation of internal and external meetings
- Support for various ad hoc projects

**Profile**

The desired profile is as follows:

- You are in possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Office management or relevant studies
- You are **bilingual in French and English**, both orally and in writing.
- **Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role**:

- You adapt easily to all kinds of situations
- You have a sense of organization

- You are punctual, precise and **discreet**:

- You are stress-resistant

**Offer**

A **full-time contract** of 37.5 hours in a growing company. You work a fixed schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition to an **attractive salary**, you benefit from a certain number of extra-legal benefits:
