**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:
**Jouw functie****:
De communicatie adviseur heeft 2 essentiële taken.
Enerzijds ben je het gezicht van het bedrijf naar de pers toe en tevens ben je behoeder van de **reputatierisico’s **binnen het bedrijf. In deze optiek speel je zowel naar interne als externe stakeholders een belangrijke ambassadeursrol die bijdraagt aan het algemeen **imago **van het bedrijf.
Je zorgt samen met een collega voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de **contacten met de Belgische pers**. Dat gebeurt zowel reactief (vragen van de pers beantwoorden) als proactief (opportuniteiten creëren voor meer visibiliteit in de pers). Je onderhoudt contacten en laat geen kans onbenut om de corporate & strategic story van Crelan mee te geven met de journalisten. Je zorgt intern voor voldoende weerklank van het nieuws over Crelan of de sector.
Verder ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor communicatie in geval van incidenten of crisis. Je waakt over het up-to-date zijn van het **crisis communications handbook** en brengt de reputatierisico’s voor het bedrijf (inventariseren + mitigeren) in kaart.
Je ondersteunt de directie ten slotte voor **strategische interne communicatie**.
Als corporate communicatie adviseur rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Directeur Marketing & Communicatie.
**Jouw profiel****:
- Als bachelor of master, kan je rekenen op een vijftal jaren relevante ervaring binnen een project management omgeving, waarin snelle reacties en risico inschatting belangrijk zijn.
- Het lijkt ons evident dat je affiniteit hebt met (interne) communicatie en beschikt over een vlotte pen om op een motiverende, eenvoudige en beknopte manier informatie over te brengen.
- Ons werk is soms tegen de tijd, dus planmatig werken met respect voor deadlines is een must om je projecten in goede banen te leiden of incidenten aan te pakken.
- Om vlot met iedereen binnen en buiten de bank te kunnen communiceren is een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans aangewezen, samen met een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
