Description**

One of our clients, active in the real estate sector, is currently looking for a project assistant.

In the first instance, as part of the follow-up of the realization of apartments for residential projects, you will provide practical and administrative support to the Managers.
You will be responsible for:

- Scheduling the site visits with the customers who have purchased an apartment
- Together with the Manager, handling and answering all kinds of administrative and technical questions that these customers have before and after the delivery of their apartment
- The administrative organization of the different deliveries (provisional and final) of the apartments (preparation of the process reports, the distribution of the reports, management of the delivery documents....)

Secondly, you provide administrative support to a specific department.

Specifically:

- Drafting letters on behalf of the Project Managers, Contract Managers Maintain, Legal Advisor and the management of the department. In this context, you also organise the signature and follow-up of this correspondence
- You manage the functional mailboxes and you distribute or answer this mail traffic.
- You are responsible for the digital management and archiving of documents such as procedural reports, contracts, etc.
- You load the contractual documents into the helpdesk platform
- You organise an annual check and update the contact details of the department's stakeholders
- You provide assistance to the management of the department in the context of their agenda and telephone management, occasionally organise trips abroad, prepare internal and external presentations, etc.
**Profile**
- You have a very good level in French and in Dutch.
- You have a professional Bachelor's degree in office management, secretarial work or equivalent.
- You have 3 to 5 years in a similar function
- You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in the real estate sector is a plus
- You have good administrative skills: accuracy, discipline, respect of deadlines
- You are a problem solver, proactive and dynamic
