**Wat wij van jou verwachten**:
**Jouw taken**:
Als Health & safety manager bestaat jouw takenpakket uit 4 takken:
- Strategic:
- de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie verder uitbouwen
- programma's rond health & safety awareness uitbouwen
- uw kennis rond relevante wetgeving continue bijschaven
- een consistent programma opbouwen dat gebruikt kan worden doorheen alle business units (winkels, corporate & distributie)
- Reporting:
- Up to date blijven rond de informatie die een impact maakt op de veiligheid en gezondheid binnen de organisatie
- Analyseren van verschillende gebrekken binnen health & safety en deze aanpakken
- Waardeschattingen rond de kost van wanbeleid op vlak van health & safety
- Cultuur:
- Opstellen van trainingprogramma's in samenwerking met HR, Legal en BP
- Documenteren en opvolgen van de samenkomsten van H&S committee en zorgen voor vooruitgang binnen deze notitites
- Bepalen van processen en richtlijnen met als doel de organisaties beter te laten draaien.
- Tools voorzien om nauwkeurig alle activiteit rond H&S op te vangen, zowel proactief als reactief
- Tactical:
- Risk assesments uitvoeren in units met hoge prioriteit (bv. distributie)
- Vaststellen waar het beter kan en hier een plan van aanpak voor opstellen
- Je fungeert als een contactpersoon voor alle autoriteiten
- Ongevallen onderzoeken en rapporteren.
**Vaardigheden**:
Als health & safety manager beschikt u over:
- min. 5 jaar ervaring in een identieke functie binnen retail
- een communicatieve persoonlijkheid, u kan zich verstaanbaar maken in zowel het Frans, het Nederlands als het Engels
- een analytische mindset
- ervaring binnen learning & development of het opstellen van trainingen.
