**IT PMO (Program Management Officer)**
- Als PMO binnen de IT-afdeling ben je gepassioneerd door het ondersteunen van projecten en het creëren van governance voor een efficiënte projectopvolging. Je hebt aandacht voor methodologieën, monitoring tools, coaching van Project Managers, rapportage aan het IT Comité...- Op basis van jouw analyse en monitoring en jouw ervaring kan je een stappenplan voorstellen aan het IT-comité, rekening houdend met zakelijke professionals, technische haalbaarheid en middelen.- Concreet, als IT PMO:
- Je ontwikkelt een diepgaande kennis van de IT-afdeling en de business binnen Group S
- Je bewaakt en verbetert regelmatig de PMO-governance
- Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met de verschillende Project Managers om je roadmap op te volgen.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, rekening houdend met de business, middelen, budgetten en afhankelijkheden.
- Op basis van je analyses en contacten stel je, indien nodig, wijzigingen van de roadmap voor aan het IT-comité.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de coaching van de IT-teams om de efficiëntie van de afdeling voortdurend te verbeteren.

**Je profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een combinatie van strategische visie, het vermogen om op lange termijn te werken en tegelijkertijd een goede methodologische kennis.
- Je hebt kennis van projectbewakingstools: kennis van Jira is een pluspunt.
- Je bent bekend met best practices in Project Management: Je hebt een goede kennis van de best practices van projectmanagement: Agile, Prince 2 om de projectmanagers te helpen en te adviseren.
- Je hebt sterke analytische en integratievaardigheden en weet problemen te conceptualiseren en te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
- Je zoekt naar creatieve oplossingen en bent resultaatgericht.
- Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit.
- Je bent enthousiast en draagt bij tot een goede teamgeest, waarbij je veel belang hecht aan samenwerking, openheid, persoonlijke inzet,...
- Je bent een goede communicator.
- Je spreekt vloeiend een van de twee landstalen en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede taal (Frans en Nederlands). Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
