For further expansion of our Research and Discovery teams, we are now seeking motivated Scientists with a PhD and broad knowledge and experience in the field of immunology, cell biology, autoimmune diseases or drug discovery. Industry experience or interaction is a must, whereas experience with antibody discovery and engineering is a plus.
The job is based in our facility in Zwijnaarde, Belgium.
**Profile**:
- PhD with a knowledge in immunology, cell biology, autoimmune diseases, or biological drug discovery with at least 2 years of experience in an industrial setting or with regular industry interaction.
- Experience with antibody discovery and engineering is a plus
- Motivated to work in the laboratory
- Quality conscious attitude
- Creative mind to critically analyse and solve scientific problems
- Excellent team player with focused attitude
- Able to operate in a dynamic surrounding of a fast growing biotech company with challenging timelines
- Fluent in English - our working language
