**The Role**

The HR Manager will own the HR agenda and become a real business partner to the management team.

As HR Manager you provide expert professional guidance and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management.

As HR Manager you will align HR priorities with the business while importantly building and driving innovative and analytical approach to HR.

**Key Responsibilities Include Among Others**
- Develop a clear plan and set of priorities for HR within the organization
- Develop and implement HR practices and frameworks to provide a great employment experience, like talent and performance management, compensation etc.
- Improve HR processes, with initial focus on those related to sourcing, performance management, developing talent, engagement and reward
- Optimise collaboration with payroll administration organizations within the various operating countries, in conjunction with the finance function
- Further automate, digitalise and optimise HR processes for the various countries and HR tools
- Define dedicated training program for middle management & develop learning packages for our employees for continuous self-development
- Attract Talent for growth: Develop recruiting strategy and optimize recruitment processes
- Enhance employee engagement, ensuring employees are advocates of the company and are highly engaged with the company, its values and objectives. Leading our Culture Club and defining a benefit plan for employees such as, well-being, events, etc.
- Develop the employer branding strategy in collaboration with our Marketing department
- Lead the HR & office department within the company, currently existing of two employees.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant HR (managerial) experience in a fast-growing/scale-up company
- Broad HR knowledge with all facets of HR, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Employer Branding gained in a fast-growing scale-up company
- HR Experience obtained in an international organization, with offices in various countries
- Experience managing a team and the professionalization of HR processes.
- Strong analytical skills, data organization, project management and processing - to lead various projects and create focused action plans and drive insights through HR performance and efficiency metrics
- Strong, demonstrated communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects, priorities, and internal client groups, manage timelines, and escalate issues as needed
- Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels - strategic thinker, who can develop a clear agenda for the Human Resources function
- An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Thorough knowledge of (external) developments within the HR field and relevant laws and regulations;
- Have a fresh and innovative view on the HR field and feel at home in a young dynamic organization;
- Function at strategic and tactical level with a hands-on approach;
- Excellent communication skills in at least English and Dutch;
- Outgoing, pro-active, energetic, motivator and a natural engager.
