**Over de functie**:
Iedere **QO Quality Projects Associate CSP** is mede-verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde geneesmiddelen. De Quality Operations (QO) - Kwaliteitsfdeling heeft als rol om als onafhankelijke partij de kwaliteit te bewaken van alle aangekochte materialen, grondstoffen, alsook alle geproduceerde geneesmiddelen. Er wordt op toegezien dat de productie gebeurt volgens de geldende regels (Goede VervaardingsMethoden of GMP's) en dat alle geneesmiddelen voldoen aan de (strengste) wettelijke voorschriften. Naast alle wettelijke opdrachten zorgt je als **QO Quality Projects Associate CSP er** ook voor dat je via een actief partnership voor de nodige ondersteuning van alle andere (technische) afdelingen naar continue verbetering van onze producten, processen, systemen en diensten biedt.
Dit project situeert zich binnen onze kwaliteitsafdeling in het team dat de kwaliteitsaspecten behartigt binnen de projecten uitgevoerd in het Center voor Secondary Packaging (CSP). Je voorziet alle betrokken teams binnen de verpakkingsafdeling van ondersteuning en expertise in het kader van kwaliteits
- en GMP-compliancevereisten. Met andere woorden, je waakt er - als onderdeel van een team - mee over dat alle verpakte en vervolgens getransporteerde presentaties van onze producten, alsook alle productielijnen en magazijnen aan de nodige kwaliteits
- en compliancenormen voldoen.
**Kortom zijn dit jouw takenpakketten**:
- Eerste aanspreekpunt omtrent kwaliteit in implementatie, optimalisatie en veranderingsproject binnen CSP.
- Binnen deze rol heb je de gelegenheid om als team player alle aspecten binnen de verpakkingsafdeling te leren kennen, waarbij je de “QA-stem” vertegenwoordigt. Je komt in aanraking met een verscheidenheid aan productielijnen, met onze magazijnen, alsook met de specialiteiten rond het transporteren van onze finale verpakte goederen.
- Je werkt samen met alle betrokken teams, waaronder b.v. productie, engineering
- Je biedt ondersteuning en expertise bij de creatie van de projectaanpak, waarbij je focus ligt op het waken over de kwaliteits
- en compliancestrategie, die je borgt via contacten met het projectteam en de review van gecontroleerde documentatie. Bij voorkeur zoek je hierbij onze klanten actief op om het te behandelen dossier of topic te bespreken aan b.v. de betrokken productielijn
- Ben je tevens de quality authority in de goedkeuring van SOP’s, validatiedocumenten, changes, risicoanalyses, enz.
- Evalueer je de impact van veranderingen en beslissingen op de gekozen of gevolgde aanpak en bestaande documentatie, processen en procedures in analogie met bestaande regelgeving, standaarden en vereisten
**Functie eisen**:
Als **QO Quality Projects Associate CSP** heb/ben: kan je:
- een masterdiploma in een relevante richting
- minstens 1 jaar ervaring in de farma industrie (validatie, registratie, quality) **is een MUST**:
- uitstekend communiceren in de Nederlands én Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
