**Directeur.trice opérationnel.le de « AKT projects »**
L’UWE (Union Wallonne des Entreprises) et les CCI (Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie) wallonnes ont décidé d’accroître structurellement leur collaboration afin d’incarner, ensemble, la dynamique entrepreneuriale du monde économique pour une Wallonie prospère et durable. Cela se traduit notamment par un nouveau nom « AKT ».
Pour réaliser sa mission et ses objectifs, « AKT » a créé une entité commune intitulée « AKT Projects ». Cette entité est à la recherche de son directeur.trice opérationnel.le (managing director).
**Activités principales de la fonction**
** **La construction du** **projet « AKT ».** Ceci implique:
- Le suivi de la charte signée entre l’UWE et les CCI, à savoir le développement d’une stratégie globale alignée sur les objectifs de « AKT » et l’élaboration de documents et projets d’accords permettant progressivement la mise en opération de « AKT Projects ».
- La participation aux organes de gouvernance : préparation, participation et suivi des réunions du comité de pilotage et du comité de gestion de « AKT », et du conseil d’administration de « AKT Projects ».
- La coordination et le suivi des groupes de travail thématiques qui seront créés.
- L’analyse des complémentarités entre les activités proposés par l’UWE et les CCI afin de favoriser les synergies et offrir un meilleur service aux entreprises.
- Identifier et développer de nouveaux services ou activités répondant aux besoins des entreprises.
- L’élaboration et la gestion du budget de « AKT Projects »
- La représentation de l’entité commune dans les réunions, forums, conférences ou autres instances qui la concerne.
- La gestion opérationnelle des activités et évenements communs.
Le Directeur opérationnel sera le référent des équipes de l’UWE et des CCI. Il rapportera au conseil d’administration de « AKT Projects » et veillera à se coordonner avec l’Administratrice déléguée de « AKT ».
**La gestion des partenariats structurels**
- Augmenter les partenariats structurels en définissant des objectifs financiers réalistes et en mettant en place une politique pro-active de réalisation de ces partenariats structurels.
- Construire, gérer et développer des écosystèmes de partenariats structurels de « AKT».Ceci implique:
- De capitaliser sur des acteurs forts en Wallonie pour permettre à « AKT » d’augmenter son impact, en créant de nouveaux partenariats structurels pour étoffer l’offre et la proposition de valeur de l’UWE et des CCI.
- D’accroître les partages d’expertise entre l’UWE, les CCI et leurs partenaires structurels.
- De créer des évènements thématiques de mise en réseau (événements, ateliers, webinaires, etc.), avec les partenaires structurels.
- De se coordonner avec les responsables des partenariats locaux dans les CCI et l’UWE.
- D’organiser les comités de pilotage (stratégique) et de suivi (opérationnel) de ces partenariats structurels.
- D’assurer le suivi des partenariats structurels par des indicateurs et de proposer d’éventuelles mesures d’amélioration ou de correction.
**Profil recherché**
- Dimension stratégique et grandes aptitudes relationnelles.
- Sens de l’écoute, de l’analyse et capacités managériales et de gestion.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Une expérience de l’entrepreneuriat est un atout.
- Disponibilité et flexibilité.
- Bonne gestion du stress et de projets multiples.
- Maîtrise du français, et bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais
