The AXA BE Communication, Brand & Sustainability team is looking for a ‘**Creative Communication Designer**’. Within our team, we are all passioned about delivering an exquisite customer experience, sharing the same ambition:
- Enhance the overall AXA brand experience and positioning via communication actions, media campaigns and events
- Internally and externally market our business realizations
- Position us as responsible company and employer
- Increase Employee Engagement; enhance the overall Employee eXperience in terms of information sharing; support and push our Leadership to take up their role as People Leaders
- Strengthen and activate our Communication & SoMe Ambassador communities
Your very concrete focus and contribution will lie in taking a driving role as creative campaign manager and internal journalist
Concretely you will have the following responsibilities:
- You are passionate about creation and designing
- You love making video campaigns from A-Z (as a journalist and editor)
- You believe that designing strong visuals are key to make our communication more engaging than ever
- Together with a senior colleague, you are in charge of our brand-new in-house video & photo studio: from making your own productions to assisting (and training) other stakeholders.
- Act as a newshunter, finding creative ways to put AXA’s realizations in the picture (news articles, blogging, vlogging, podcasts, )
- You manage our weekly newsletter; you compose it based on our editorial agenda (together with the stakeholders), make it visually attractive and make you it is sent on time to all our employees
- You manage our crisis communication tool with which we can contact all our employees in case of emergency

- As part of the AXA communication team, you:
- Have a central role in everything related to graphics & design. Your creativity is a true boost to all our different types of communication. Therefore, you have a bachelor diploma in audiovisual arts and/or minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (graphics, editing, video, photo, ).
- Are able to generate enthusiasm and **communicate fluently** - both orally and written - **in English, French and Dutch**:
- Master very well generic communication competencies like **newshunting**, **copy-writing**, project management, stakeholder management,
- Have a **very well-developed digital / social media footprint **and you master software programs like Adobe
- Show yourself as an active ambassador **#ProudToBeAXA**
- You have a **proven track record** and **expertise** in several (mínimal 3) of following domains: creative design, photo/video editing, internal communication, external communication, copywriting, marketing, employer branding,
- You are willing to enter in a team where we allocate different kinds of projects/campaigns transversally to all team members in function of competencies, potential and ambitions, in line with the team’s priorities. As “**campaign manager**”, you take up end-to-end responsibility, leveraging your colleagues knowledge and experience for your projects, and vice versa put at disposal your own expertise to the benefit of the other projects. This **matrix way-of-working** supports transversal optimization of expertise and continuous individual and collective development.
