L'équipe Communication, Brand & Sustainability d'AXA Belgium est à la recherche d'un(e) **Creative Communication Designer**. Au sein de notre équipe, nous nous employons à offrir une expérience client parfaite, en partageant la même ambition:
- Améliorer l'expérience de marque AXA globale et nous positionner à l'aide d'actions de communication, de campagnes médiatiques et d'événements
- Commercialiser nos réalisations commerciales en interne comme en externe
- Nous positionner comme une entreprise et un employeur responsable
- Augmenter l'engagement des collaborateurs ; améliorer l'expérience globale des collaborateurs en termes de partage d'informations ; soutenir et encourager notre leadership dans leur rôle de People Managers
- Consolider et activer nos communautés de Communication et d'ambassadeurs SoMe
Votre contribution concrète consistera à jouer un rôle moteur en tant que directeur de campagne créatif et journaliste interne.
Concrètement, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par la création et la conception.
- Vous aimez créer des campagnes vidéo de A à Z (en tant que journaliste et éditeur)
- Vous êtes convaincu(e) que la création de visuels forts est essentielle pour rendre notre communication plus attrayante que jamais
- Avec un collègue senior, vous êtes en charge de notre tout nouveau studio vidéo et photo interne : de la réalisation de vos propres productions à l'assistance (et la formation) d'autres parties prenantes
- Vous agissez comme un chasseur d'actualités, en trouvant des façons créatives de mettre en avant les réalisations d'AXA (articles, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, etc.)
- Vous gérez notre newsletter hebdomadaire ; vous la rédigez en fonction de notre calendrier éditorial (avec les parties prenantes), la rendez visuellement attrayante et veillez à ce qu'elle soit envoyée à temps à tous nos collaborateurs
- Vous gérez notre outil de communication de crise qui nous permet de contacter tous nos collaborateurs en cas d'urgence

- En tant que membre de l'équipe Communication d'AXA, vous:
- jouez un rôle central dans tout ce qui est lié au graphisme et à la conception. Votre créativité est un véritable atout pour tous nos types de communications. Vous êtes dès lors titulaire d'un bachelier en arts audiovisuels et/ou avez minimum 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (graphisme, rédaction, vidéo, photo, etc.).
- êtes capable de susciter l'enthousiasme et **communiquez couramment** - à l'oral comme à l'écrit - **en français, en néerlandais et en anglais**:
- maîtrisez parfaitement les compétences de communication génériques, comme le **news hunting**, le **copywriting**, la gestion de projet, la gestion des parties prenantes, etc.
- avez une **empreinte numérique/sur les réseaux sociaux très bien développée** et maîtrisez des logiciels comme Adobe
- vous présentez comme un(e) ambassadeur(-rice) **#ProudToBeAXA** actif(-ve)
- Vous avez une **expérience** et une **expertise éprouvées** dans plusieurs (minimum trois) des domaines suivants : conception créative, édition de photos/vidéos, communication interne, communication externe, copywriting, marketing, employer branding, etc.- Vous voulez rejoindre notre équipe **#AXAbeCBS **amusante, un peu folle et surtout **très ambitieuse**.
