Function

You are responsible for the** development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing** initiatives to raise patients’ and HCPs’ awareness of portfolio, in close collaboration with the Product Managers. You will work with drugs at different stages of their life cycle from mature brands to imminent launches and will have the opportunity to gain experience in different therapeutic areas ranging from **OTC/Rx drugs (cardiology, venous disease, diabetes) to drugs in a highly specialized environment (oncology, hematology).**

This means that you:

- Co-develop with local marketing teams and external agencies** omnichannel strategies aligned with brand business goals**.
- ** Contribute to the development of promotional teams’ skills in digital media and channels** (acculturation/training).
- Lead the digital transformation of the teams by bringing value with digital inputs.
- Ensure a consistent environment/infrastructure with all IT tools, and mainly with **VEEVA CRM** (Customer Relationship Management) and** Veeva Vault Promomats**:

- Set up a medical and marketing competitive intelligence. Use data/digital analytics to contribute to the elaboration of the strategy.
- Develop KPIs and data driven approach in order to **optimize digital tools and activities**.
- ** Coordinate digital projects with marketing, medical affairs and sales teams**.
- Propose adapted and innovative digital solutions to internal stakeholders.
- ** Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders at local and global level (eg. Marketing, IT, sales,) and external partners (agencies).**

Besides that, you will act as an advisor/expert with regards to the continuous optimization and digitalization of the internal processes.

**Requirements**:
Specific Education And Experience Requirements
- ** Degree in Life Sciences and/or Digital Marketing**, or equivalent.
- ** Digital marketing experience** is a must.
- Practical experience of **Veeva and Veeva Vault** environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Get Response),**SEO/SEA strategy** (and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Knowledge of Analytics tools, **:Google Analytics, Power BI**.
- Knowledge of **WordPress**, or other **CMS**:

- Knowledge of **Meta Business Manager**:

- Expertise in the successful development and implementation of marketing plans, in budget management and in tracking of the progress of campaigns.
- Demonstrated understanding of **pharmaceutical regulatory requirements** and impact on development of marketing materials is a plus.
- Very good **French and/or Dutch** skills (ideally even both), and good **English** skills.
