Elia is op zoek naar een HSE-officer om hun team bij te staan op het **Princess Elisabeth Energy Island Project.**

Het doel van het project is het creëren van een energiehub - in de vorm van een kunstmatig eiland - niet alleen om een efficiënte, betrouwbare manier te bieden om nieuwe Belgische offshore-energie aan het vasteland te verbinden, maar ook om optimaal gebruik te maken van de energieproductiegebieden in andere delen van de Noordzee door een verbindingspunt voor (hybride) interconnectoren te huisvesten.

Het Princess Elisabeth Island-project bestaat uit de volgende elementen (Pakketten):

- De bouw van een kunstmatig energie-eiland om offshore HVAC- en HVDC-transmissie-infrastructuur binnen het Princess Elisabeth windmolenparkgebied te huisvesten
- Offshore 66 kV en 220 kV AC-substation (gelegen op het eiland)
- Zes 220 kV AC-kabelsystemen om het kunstmatige energie-eiland met de kust te verbinden
- Eén offshore HVDC Converter Station (gelegen op het eiland)
- Eén DC-schakelstation (gelegen op het eiland en ten dienste van de verbinding van toekomstige interconnectoren met Europese landen)

Voor de Substation Pakketten zijn we op zoek naar een **HSE-officer,** die alle onderwerpen met betrekking tot HSE binnen het specifieke Substation-pakket zal opvolgen en het pakketteam zal ondersteunen. Hij / zij zal rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Project HSE-manager.

**Jobomschrijving**

- **Rapporteert **aan de Project HSE-manager;
- Je zal hoofdzakelijk op het hoofdkantoor in **Brussel **(Elia Monnoyer) werken
- **Bezoeken aan de sites **worden ook voorzien
- Zal (samen met de HSE-manager) de **veiligheidscoördinator beheren **en **contact onderhouden** met HSE-klantenvertegenwoordigers;
- Is het **aanspreekpunt **voor **alle HSE-gerelateerde kwesties** in de scope van het Substation Pakket, zowel intern als bij de EPCI-aannemer;
- Implementeert en controleert het **Project Specifieke HSE-beheersysteem**, plan en HSE-prestaties, in overeenstemming met het HSE-plan van de opdrachtgever en de **wettelijke vereisten;**:

- Zal aanwezig zijn bij alle **vergaderingen waar HSE op de agenda staat;** om ervoor te zorgen dat er een systematische aanpak is bij het omgaan met HSE-kwesties. Daarom zorgt hij/zij ervoor dat organisatorische en technische maatregelen worden voorgesteld om HSE-risico's op het project te mínimaliseren;
- Zal een actieve rol spelen in de ontwerpateliers zoals **HAZID's, HAZOP's, Ontwerptoetsingen **van de EPCI-aannemer en zal alle ontwerpacties en -verminderingen van het Pakket opvolgen.
- Zal **HSE-documenten, risicobeoordelingen, werkmethoden**, etc. van de EPC-aannemer en onderaannemers beoordelen en uitdagen.
- **Voert HSE-audits en inspecties** ter plaatse uit op het project bij de on
- en offshore activiteiten.
- Volgt de **HSE KPI's van de EPCI-aannemer **en het projectteam op.
- Is betrokken bij de o**pvolging van het Emergency Response Coordination Plan **van het project.
- **Moedigt het projectteam aan **om zich te gedragen als echte veiligheidsleiders

**Profiel**

***:

- Relevante ervaring met HSE-management voor grote offshore en/of maritieme projecten (min 5 jaar). Ervaring in EPCI-projecten is een pluspunt.
- HSE- en technische opleidingskwalificaties in de gerelateerde discipline.
- Niveau: technisch bachelor/master of equivalent door ervaring
- Niveau: Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2 of gelijkwaardig.
- Kennis/ervaring met hoogspanning substations
- Kennis van Belgische HSE-wetgeving is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van maritieme coördinatie is een pluspunt
- Uitstekende communicatie

- Gestructureerd, proactief en nauwkeurig werken.
