Marketing Operations Manager South

Job Purpose: Drive executional excellence and consistency across key strategic brand & product projects for South Europe. Drive the brand marketing operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the 4 cycle GTM and concept to market meetings cross functionally including meetings, calendar management in close collab with merch partners and global key stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination within the South European brand marketing team through tools and processes
- Identify ways to optimise operational marketing excellence and implement strategic processes in partnership with the Global Marketing Operations team, focusing on seasonal briefs, reporting and evaluation, managing critical timelines, and optimising x-functional ways of working
- Manage the delivery of critical marketing milestones including cluster brand marketing meetings, PR and media briefings.
- Support in the optimisation of strategic processes across Taskforces including timelines, deliverables, report outs and KPIs
- Drive annual planning calendar in collaboration with CM team and optimise alignment and ways of working across key agency partners
- Act as main point of contact with Corporate Affairs on internal communications and activations around key brand initiatives
- Ensure timely communication of information and understanding of global marketing strategies programs in the field.
- Build cross-functional marketing calendar in close collaboration with all critical functions.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- University Degree in marketing, communication or business
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a global, branded consumer environment. Demonstrated ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected to the youth oriented consumer. Experience with an iconic brand is essential - apparel, youth or entertainment industry.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
- Project management, strategic thinking & activation experience.
- Strong team player
- Previous experience in working in a global vs local set-up is a must.
- Previous experience in working with agencies
- Strong analytical, negotiating and influencing skills
- Cross functional interaction is key to make success.
