Due to growth we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations manager to join our successful team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
- All operations of the company in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensure company compliance with all regulations and other government entities having direction and control over operations
- Day-to-day flow of operations including vehicle and chauffeur scheduling and implementing systems and procedures to enhance productivity
- Consult with potential clients regarding pricing, the preparation of quotations and the handling of the routine business correspondence
- Prepare itinerary for drivers, arrange parking and overnight accommodations as needed.
- Government compliance issues related to personnel files and record keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Dutch or French & English
- A passion for Belgium and service
- 1-3 yrs of Management experience
- Prior experience with warm calling and generating leads
- Excellent presentation skills with groups of all sizes and levels of management
- The ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel to offsite overseeing operations
- Self-driven, quick on your feet and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- An outgoing personality and a good sense of humor
- Experience following industry experience is preferred, but not required: Hospitality, Tourism, Staffing or Logistics
- Has or willing to obtain driving permit D ( Bus Drivers Permit)
