- Je **behandelt in teamverband complexe fiscale dossiers internationale fiscaliteit**. Bij het behandelen van een dossier kom je in contact met de belastingplichtige en hun raadgevers om zo tot een correcte analyse van de ontvangen informatie te komen. Na analyse formuleer en onderbouw je je conclusies en breng je de belastingplichtige hiervan op de hoogte.
- Je **assisteert de collega’s van het team expertise bij de behandeling van complexe administratieve en gerechtelijke geschillen** die voortkomen uit de fiscale controles.
- Je **werkt samen met collega’s** gespecialiseerd in andere fiscale domeinen.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om je **kennis en expertise naar een hoger niveau te tillen**. Je krijgt hiervoor zowel basisopleidingen als meer gespecialiseerde opleidingen.
- Je bent **bereid je kennis up-to-date te houden, volgt de ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied** op de voet en deelt je kennis met collega’s.
- Je **beantwoordt op een correcte manier complexe vragen** van vertegenwoordigers van ondernemingen en geeft hen de gewenste informatie.
- Je werkt mee aan **projecten, seminaries en internationale controle-opdrachten** over internationale fiscaliteit.
- Je **ondersteunt je collega’s** bij de afhandeling van hun dossiers.

- Je helpt mee met het **bepalen van de selectiecriteria voor de te weerhouden dossiers**; samen met een dataminer wordt gekeken naar de beschikbare informatie (aangiften PB, CRS,) en bepaald hoe een bepaalde typologie kan worden gedetecteerd.
- Je helpt mee met het **verzamelen en het analyseren van de feedback**: geselecteerde dossiers worden voor (voor-)onderzoek uitgezet bij de Gewestelijke directies van de AABBI; op basis van de verzamelde feedback kunnen de selectiecriteria worden bijgesteld, maar er kan evenzeer worden beslist om het dossier niet verder te behandelen of om een uitgebreide actie binnen de AABBI op te zetten.
- Je **staat in voor het uitvoeren van een fiscaal juridische analyse** van een bepaalde constructie en het presenteren van de bevindingen binnen de cel.
- Gelet op de complexiteit van de juridische constructies, is het van groot belang dat je **verder kijkt dan het bekende en dat je inspeelt op de effecten van wetswijzigingen**.

**Werkgever**:
Er zijn in totaal minimum **2 plaatsen** **(NL/FR)** bij de **FOD Financiën** verdeeld over twee algemene administraties.
Bij het **team International Taxation (IT)** van de **Administratie Grote Ondernemingen (GO)** van de **Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit (AAFisc)** is er **minimum** **1 vacante plaats** (NL/FR) in **Brussel**.
De Administratie bestaat uit acht centra:
- zeven regionale centra (Antwerpen, Brugge, Brussel, Charleroi, Gent, Leuven/Hasselt en Luik)
- één Centrum GO Beheer & Gespecialiseerde controles te Brussel (BGC) dat bestaat uit de afdelingen Sectorcoördinatie, Beheer en Gespecialiseerde controles. De afdeling Gespecialiseerde controles bestaat uit volgende gespecialiseerde cellen: Verrekenprijzen, Btw-eenheden, Diverse taksen, Tax Shelter, Fusies en Splitsingen, Financiële sector en Expertise.
Al deze centra zijn bevoegd voor de volledige handhavingsstrategie GO gaande van fiscale controle tot compliance, alsook voor de behandeling van de administratieve en gerechtelijke geschillen.
Het **team International Taxation (IT)** maakt deel uit van de **Cel Verrekenprijzen**. Het werd vanuit de cel Verrekenprijzen opgericht begin 2020. Dit team heeft als taak om een kenniscentrum uit te bouwen gespecialiseerd in de internationale fiscaliteit. Het team controleert multinationale ondernemingen op hun internationale fiscale planningspolitiek en een correcte toepassing van o.a. de Europese Richtlijnen (ATAD, MDR en IRR) en internationale verdragen. Deze controles gebeuren af en toe in samenwerking met andere landen (multilaterale controles).
