**MATPLUS est le magasin de soins de la Mutualité Libérale MUTPLUS.be, une mutualité dynamique active dans le Brabant flamand, le Brabant wallon, la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et le Hainaut Ouest (en l'occurrence la région autour de Tournai).

**Description de la fonction
**Vous coordonnez les activités de prêt et de vente de matériel de soins, d'articles de puériculture et de nombreux autres équipements médico-sanitaires de l'asbl MATPLUS.

Ceci comprend:

- gestion d'une équipe de collaborateurs ;
- transfert d'informations aux employés locaux dans les Magasins de soins et dans les agences locales de la ML MUTPLUS.be ;
- achat du matériel et adaptation à la demande et aux besoins contemporains ;
- développer la connaissance des produits ;
- fixation des prix.

**Description du profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Baccalauréat.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire B.
- Vous êtes entreprenant(e). Vous avez un sens inné des responsabilités et vous savez travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant l'esprit d'équipe.
- Vous êtes social(e) et convivial(e).
- Vous avez de solides capacités de communication et vous aimez les contacts humains variés.
- Le bilinguisme (français/néerlandais) est un atout.
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress.
- Vous êtes ordonné(e) et méthodique.
