Binnen het MARCOM-team:
- word je een van de pijlers van onze digitale communicatie. Je werkt samen met een aantal externe teams, partners en MARCOM collega’s en vergemakkelijkt de communicatie en samenwerking tussen je verschillende contacten.
- creëer je inspirerende inhoud en help je de technische inhoud, die door je collega's in het innovatiecentrum geproduceerd wordt, populair te maken. Op die manier zal je een sterke emotionele band tot stand te brengen met onze leden en potentiële klanten, maar ook met architecten, studenten, partnersJe optimaliseert de inhoud van de Buildwise-website om de zoekmachineoptimalisatie (SEO) te verbeteren
- ondersteun je het team bij het opzetten van campagnes door doelstellingen te bepalen, landingspagina’s en Hubspot workflows te creëren
- bepaal je de communicatiestrategie op sociale netwerken (Meta, LinkedIn) zowel organisch als paid en vergroot je de bekendheid van Buildwise en de diensten die aangeboden worden aan de aannemers door middel van personalisatie en segmentatie
- zorg je voor de coördinatie van externe dienstverleners om dynamische video-inhoud te creëren die je doorgeeft aan de verschillende digitale kanalen
- controleer en analyseer je het effect van je communicatieacties en stel je verbeteringen voor.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een diploma marketing of communicatiewetenschappen met een specialisatie in digitale marketing of een diploma bedrijfskunde met een specialisatie in marketing of een gelijkwaardig aantal jaren ervaring.
- Je hebt 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een functie van digitale marketeer.
- Je hebt een uitstekend niveau van Frans en Nederlands (geschreven en gesproken) en een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring met communicatie en promotie via Sociale Media
- Je beschikt over goede schrijfvaardigheden en bent in staat technische inhoud te synthetiseren en te populariseren.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief en kunt je boodschap gemakkelijk aanpassen aan je publiek.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, creatief en bereid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren.
- Je bent een teamspeler en flexibel. Samenwerking met collega's van verschillende teams en externe partners motiveert je.
- Je bent analytisch en datagericht, en hebt ervaring met het beheer van analytische instrumenten. Kennis van Google Analytics 4 is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van projecten van begin tot eind en beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden. Ervaring met het coördineren van marketingaanbieders (zoals marketingbureaus) is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van content publishing via CMS en kennis van Umbraco en/of Hubspot is een extra troef. Kennis van SEO, Facebook ads & LinkedIn ads manager is ook een pluspunt
