We are currently looking for an
**Executive Coordinator (M/F/X)** specifically dedicated to Brand Activation projects.
He/she will act as the main contact for the field teams and guarantee constant optimization of activities.
Contract type: full-time permanent contract (38h/week) - Monday to Friday.
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Tollaan 95 - 1982 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe
Functions:
As Executive Coordinator (M/F/X), your role is to schedule the necessary personnel for the various promotional "Brand Activation" actions (= animation, technical and taste demonstrations, sampling actions, etc.).
To do this you will;
- Work closely with the HR department and project managers to centralize all requests for temporary staff.
- Maintain the constant update of the database by performing a regular "cleaning" (active/inactive) and by launching recruitment campaigns: online posting of vacancies, creation of content on social networks, activation of networks.
- Perform administrative follow-up: sending contracts and dispatching promotional materials.
- Ensure the presence of all employees in the field during actions and arrange any replacements.
Profil & Conditions:
Your attributes;
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and French - English is a plus.
- You are customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask, adapt, meet deadlines and work as efficiently as possible.
- You have an affinity for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brands and the world of Field Marketing.
- You are entrepreneurial and don't have a nine-to-five mentality. You can think 'out of the box' and you are not afraid to give recommendations (initiative - pro-activity - problem solving).
- Last but not least... : creativity and proactivity
