Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?
Idealiter zoeken we **een Senior Business Controller met potentieel **om CFO te worden.
- Als persoon ben jij iemand die: _
- ondernemerschap in zich heeft;
- van nature meedenkt met de business en innovatieve ideeën vooruit durft schuiven;
- analytisch zeer sterk is en autonoom aan optimalisaties kan werken om de financiële afdeling performanter te krijgen;
- verantwoordelijkheden kan en durft opnemen in een snelgroeiende onderneming.
- Verder kan jij volgende zaken afvinken: _
- je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een financiële of economische richting;
- je hebt ervaring als controller en bent bij voorkeur betrokken geweest in optimalisatie projecten;
- je leert snel, zoekt uitdaging en wil een mooie carrière sprong maken.
Wat doe je als High Potential | Junior CFO?
Als CFO zal je met jouw financiële expertise, ondernemerschap en strategisch inzicht ervoor zorgen dat je de aandeelhouders adviseert en bijstaat in alle financiële ontwikkelingen van de onderneming.
Hiervoor heb je kennis van audit en/of accounting en ervaring als controller. Het merendeel van jouw taken valt onder de noemer van "controlling", maar dan in combinatie met de taken van een CFO.
Concreet zal jij:
- zorgen voor de financiële strategie en de meerjarenplanning;
- de periodieke afsluiting coördineren, de management rapportering opmaken en presenteren aan de raad van bestuur;
- zorgen voor inzichtelijke financiële rapporteringen en continue verbetering hiervan;
- instaan voor de cashflow planning, het contact met de banken en de betalingen coördineren;
- verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle audits;
- zorgen voor een adequaat risicobeheer en investeringsstrategieën;
- toekomstscenario's ontwikkelen en je realiseert strategische projecten;
- een sterk intern en extern netwerk uitbouwen;
- de CEO ondersteunen bij acquisities;
- de huidige financiële processen onder de loep nemen en naar een hoger niveau tillen om de finance afdeling **future proof **te maken.
Kortom, jij bent "een CFO of the future" die niet vervalt in de day-to-day, maar kijkt naar verbeteringen van processen en systemen. Je leiderschapskwaliteiten, analytische blik en procesmatige skills werken inspirerend en zorgen ervoor dat de finance afdeling geen kostenplaats is, maar een drijvende kracht voor de business.

Op finance zal jij samenwerken met jouw collega accountant, een business analyst (Power BI) en de collega's op billing. Je rapporteert aan de raad van bestuur en de general manager.
Jouw missie? De verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van de financiële afdeling.
