**All About The Role**
As our Telesales you will engage with potential customers and help them realise the benefits of joining JET. You grind through your targets and set a high paced volume of calls, building insightful connections while converting leads into accounts across some of the best restaurants in Belgium.
- Create a great first impression with restaurants and build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Drive the full sales cycle, perform online demos and deliver on your target
- Continuously refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
- Report directly to your Sales Team Lead, who will support your in growing your role and career
**Can you deliver...**
- Around 1-2 years' experience in high-volume outbound calling
- A self-confident team player and highly-motivated to exceed goals
- Great objections management - you're fast and possess a sales smart attitude
- The skills to acquire customers over the phone. You are friendly, well-mannered and a strong negotiator
- Able to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Apps)
- Fluent French and good knowledge of English(written & spoken) with excellent communication skills
