**Vacatureomschrijving**
Als Head of Sales zijn uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leiding geven aan het regionale verkoopteam, inclusief telesales
- Implementeren van verkoopstrategieën voor de regio in overeenstemming met de Sales Director en regionale collega's
- Ontwerpen en opzetten van de benodigde verkooptraining programma's
- Sterk betrokken zijn bij het opzetten van de verkoop voorselectie
- Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de verkoopactiviteiten van het regionale team, met duidelijke communicatie van doelen en verwachtingen.Het behalen en overtreffen van deze verkoopdoelstellingen
- Sterke en langdurige relaties opbouwen met belangrijke klanten in de regio
- Héél nauw samenwerken met andere regionale verkoopmanagers om best practices en geleerde lessen te delen. Garanderen dat we één nationaal team blijven
- Prestatie-indicatoren (KPI's) volgen en analyseren om resultaten te beoordelen en geïnformeerde beslissingen te nemen
- Beheren van budgetten en verkoopprognoses voor de regio
- Groeimogelijkheden en potentiële bedreigingen op de regionale markt identificeren, zorgen voor concurrentieanalyse en diepgaand inzicht in vastgoedtrends
- Deelnemen aan branche-evenementen, conferenties en seminars om Immoweb te vertegenwoordigen, producten en diensten te promoten en uw professionele netwerk te ontwikkelen
- Nauw samenwerken met marketing
- en support teams om regiospecifieke campagnes en initiatieven te ontwikkelen
- Zorgen voor training, coaching en continue ontwikkeling van de regionale teamleden
**Functie-eisen**
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Ervaring met (online) marktplaatsen is ideaal
- Ervaring in de vastgoedsector vereist
- Sterke functionele leiderschapservaring (inspirerend, samenwerkend, enz.)
- Analytische vaardigheden
- Teamspeler
- NL, EN en redelijke kennis van FR evenwel van voordeel
