For one of our Digital Client, we are looking for a HEAD OF DESIGN.
Opportunity only for a employee, permanent contract in CDI and hiring on payroll of our customer.
You speak French + English (is a must).
**Role Description**:
**You will be responsible for**:
Maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all mediums.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including developers, product owners, sales, and clients, to create compelling content that aligns with our brand and client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintain and Evolve Design Systems**: Ensure the continuity and consistency of our visual identity by maintaining the established design system and adhering to guidelines across all platforms and materials.
**Adapt Client Branding to Our White Label Solutions**: Skillfully adapt and integrate client brand guidelines into our white-label solutions to deliver a seamless and customized user experience.
**Graphic and Print Content Creation**: Design and produce high-quality graphic and print materials to support the marketing team in their campaigns and initiatives.
**Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Work closely with developers, product owners, sales teams, and clients to create engaging and effective design content that meets both internal and client-specific needs.
**IT SKILLS**:
**Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expert knowledge of Figma and Photoshop is essential.
Familiarity with motion design tools is a plus.
**Prototyping and Design Systems Knowledge**: Strong skills in prototyping and a deep understanding of design systems are crucial for this role.
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt client design guidelines to our company white-label solutions effectively and creatively.

You are a self-starter who can work independently
A strong ability to take initiative and make decisions without requiring constant guidance.
You have extensive experience in design and a deep understanding of your craft, allowing you to know exactly what needs to be done with mínimal oversight.
