Ben je **gepassioneerd** door content, communicatie & marketing en wil je deze passie omzetten in een "fygitale" en ambitieuze contentstrategie voor de verschillenden merken van de P&V Groep (P&V, Vivium, Actel, Arces)?
- Ben je op de hoogte van de laatste technische ontwikkelingen in het communicatielandschap, heb je een zicht op de relevante spelers in deze markt en wil je deze graag zinvol vertalen in onze dagelijkse communicatieplannen naar klanten, makelaars en agenten?
- Heeft digital copy in al zijn formaten geen geheimen voor jou?
- Heb je een 'hands-on'-mentaliteit waarbij verandering en flexibiliteit geen probleem vormen, met een proactieve houding en oplossend vermogen?
- Coach je en motiveer je graag een team van content experten?

- Je geeft de contentstrategie in woord en beeld mee vorm voor de P&V Groep en haar onderliggende merken P&V en Vivium.
- Je vertaalt dit in een content
- en activeringsplan dat de businessplannen van beide merken ondersteunt.
- Dit strategisch inzicht gaat in 2 richtingen: je ondersteunt de campagnes/content briefings van de Brand Leads en interne klanten, maar je komt ook met advies om hen proactief te helpen in het positioneren van hun merken en het ondersteunen van hun objectieven.
- Je zet een content
- en communicatieplanning op voor de P&V Groep en haar onderliggende merken, samen met de Brand Leads et de Head of Digital met de focus op onze eigen media (sites, social media, newsletters, Cuzo-platforms).
- Je beheert een team van 4 copywriters en 1 Brand Designer.
Je plant, organiseert en coördineert alle activiteiten binnen het content team, met als doel de creativiteit, de efficiëntie, de prioriteiten, de workload, de samenwerking en de motivatie van de medewerkers te garanderen en te ontwikkelen.
- Je blijft leren en innoveren in het contentdomein in woord en beeld: blijf op de hoogte van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen binnen contentmarketing en pas nieuwe technologieën en methodologieën toe om de strategie continu te verbeteren Je deelt deze kennis met de collega's.
- Je communiceert jouw plannen aan de interne stakeholders op een duidelijke en enthousiaste manier om iedereen te motiveren/overtuigen.
- Je doet regelmatig "field checks' met jouw doelgroepen (klanten, agenten, Makelaars, interne klanten, enz ) om jouw content/communicatie/toon of voice te verbeteren.
- Je past de Brand Visual Guideline toe op vraag van de Brand Leads, definieert samen de regels met de Brand Designer, communiceert deze Guidelines en zorgt ervoor dat deze strikt gerespecteerd worden.

De Head of Content speelt een cruciale rol in het definiëren van de merkidentiteit en het opbouwen van een sterke online/offline/POS aanwezigheid. Deze functie vereist uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, leiderschap, creativiteit en een diepgaand begrip van digitale marketing en contentstrategieën.
Je rapporteert aan de Manager External Communication, Branding & Digital content, en werkt in samenwerking met de Brand Leads en Head of Digital communication en B2B brand lead.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Marketing of Communicatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in een content strategie en content marketing / copy.
- Een sterk ontwikkeld strategisch en analytisch vermogen, in staat om strategisch advies te formuleren over communicatie die bijdraagt aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of het Frans en het Engels.
- Bovenal ben je iemand vol positieve energie, empathisch, die graag in een divers, jong en dynamisch communicatieteam werkt, met een sense of humor, plezier in het werk, en een echte teamplayer.
