**Your job**:As an Area Manager Retail, your main target will be to develop and increase the sales of a new electronic smoking device, better for health than cigarettes, by pushing customers to change their smoking habits.
To do so, you will have to rebrand the stores, by creating experience on the point of sale. You will need to create and manage Marketing campaigns on a high strategic level following the new positioning of the brand.
Your job is to develop experience along the customer’s journey in the stores, according to the division targets, company guidelines and regulations, in order to achieve the best results.
As an Area Manager Retail, you will also have to manage the sales data and create clear sales reports. Based on the sales reports and key performance indicators, you will create an action plan for each store, in relation to the company’s objectives.
Plus, you will have to visit, once a week, the different point of sales to ensure a good knowledge of your prospects.
You are really customer experience driven. You like to use data to work on an autonomous way.
You have a great mobility to visit stores in the Netherlands at least once a week.
Finally, you are bilingual in Dutch and English.
