Als Meeting & Reservation Executive sta je in voor het regelen van leisure & zakelijke aanvragen van klanten, touroperators of bedrijven. Je zal deel uitmaken uit van een jong & dynamisch team met een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket. Commerciële, organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn key. Jij bent mee de schakel tussen de operationele departementen zodat iedereen zijn steentje kan bijdragen tot een succesvol event

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je verzorgt de toegewezen dossiers tot in de puntjes vanaf de eerste aanvraag tot follow-up-na afloop: uitsturen van gepersonaliseerde offertes binnen 48 uur na aanvraag, het opvolgen van opties, contracten opmaken, opvolgen deposits en betalingen volgens de vooropgestelde procedures, opstellen van kamerlijsten en function sheets, voorbereiden van zaalaanduidingen en follow-up gesprekken na afloop van evenementen
- Je rapporteert de status van aanvragen aan de Commercial Director
- Verstrekken van informatie m.b.t prijzen en faciliteiten aan klanten
- Grondig doorvragen om een gerichte prijsopgave te kunnen maken, rekening houdend met concurrentie, budget en flexibiliteit
- Correcte input van de gegevens in het reservatiesysteem IDPMS
- Bijwonen van de wekelijkse function meeting
- Ontvangen van organisatoren van evenementen in het hotel
- Het up-to-date houden van parate kennis van de evenementenbranche en concurrentie
- Up-to-date houden van grondige kennis van het hotel inclusief faciliteiten en de onmiddellijke omgeving
- Het behandelen van klachten op een professionele en effectieve manier om klantentevredenheid te waarborgen en eventuele problemen snel op te lossen
- Vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met alle betrokken departementen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle evenementen soepel verlopen
- Het onderhouden van goede relaties met bedrijven en evenementenplanners,
- Stelt facturen op voor de deposits alsook opvolging van de betaling

- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent nauwkeurig in administratie
- Klantgerichtheid
- Je bent een teamplayer met andere teamleden en afdelingen binnen het hotel
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels
